Delivery and returns

We dispatch orders from our UK warehouse nationally and to the UAE within 1-2 working days.

For national and international orders, we use standard and express services from Royal Mail, Evri, Parcelforce, and DPD. 

We offer free standard UK delivery on orders over £55.

You will receive an email notification once your order is posted and can track and follow its progress. If you have any issues with regards to delivery, please contact us and we will follow it up with the courier.

Returns information

We accept returns within 14 days of the order delivery date. All returned items must be unopened and sealed. 

We can ONLY offer a return and refund on the above terms. Due to the wide range of personal taste preference for beverage likes/dislikes, we unfortunately do not offer refunds or replacements for products that are ‘not quite to your liking’, sadly we have no way to guarantee that everyone’s personal taste ensures they’ll love every product that we offer. We therefore recommend purchasing our taster packs before purchasing a larger pack of our products, to avoid any disappointment.

To initiate a return on your unopened order, please return your order to:

UPM, Riverside Building, 123 Collyhurst Road, Manchester, M40 7RT. Please include your order confirmation number along with your reason for return. UPM will not cover any return costs. We recommend using a tracked service and retaining the proof of postage.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund and be in touch by email. Depending on your payment provider, it can take 5-10 working days for the refunded amount to show in your account.

DAMAGED ITEMS

In the unprecedented case of receiving a damaged/unsealed item, please get in touch with us right away with your order number and details/pictures of the fault to our customer service team. We will address the issue by means of a refund or replacement where applicable.
